These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Typrio (“the App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About Typrio
Typrio is an AI assistant application developed and maintained by an independent developer. The App is provided as-is and is not operated on behalf of a company, employer, or institution.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. If local law requires a higher minimum age, you must meet that requirement. If you are under the required age, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. How the App works (offline-first)
Typrio is designed as an offline-first application. Most features are intended to run directly on your device using locally stored AI models.
The App may process:
- text prompts
- documents or files you provide
- images or other inputs
All such content is referred to as “User Content”.
4. Possible future hybrid features
Typrio may, in the future, offer optional features that use network connectivity or remote services (“Hybrid Features”), for example:
- running larger AI models that cannot operate fully on-device
- optional syncing or backup functionality
- optional model downloads or updates
- performance, safety, or abuse-prevention mechanisms
5. User Content
You retain full ownership of your User Content. Typrio does not claim ownership over anything you input into the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the right to use it. You agree not to use the App to process content that is illegal or violates the rights of others.
6. AI limitations
Typrio uses artificial intelligence models that may:
- produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading outputs
- misinterpret context
- fail to reflect real-world facts
The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
7. Technical data and diagnostics
To maintain and improve the App, Typrio may collect limited technical and diagnostic information, such as:
- crash reports
- error logs
- performance metrics
- device and OS version information
This information is used solely for debugging, stability, and improvement purposes. It is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
8. Paid features
Some features may require a paid purchase or subscription. Payments are handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store.
Typrio does not have access to your payment information. Refunds, billing issues, and subscription management are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful purposes
- attempt to reverse engineer or bypass technical protections
- misuse the App in a way that causes harm or instability
Typrio may restrict or disable functionality if misuse is detected.
10. Intellectual property
All rights to the App, including its design, code, branding, and bundled AI models (where licensed), belong to Typrio or their respective licensors.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App.
11. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. No guarantees are made regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typrio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
If liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.
13. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law and local mandatory consumer protection laws.
